Talks between Saudi and Diaz.
added Diaz’s recent post about the season sounding a bit like a goodbye & 2 year left on his contract with no real talk of a new deal, wouldn’t be huge surprise if he was on the move.
If we can get 70m plus then I feel like have to take it for a 28 year old who is a bit hit and miss albeit does offer real versatility. At his age, now is the chance to get the big contract from us or another team.
Wirtz in theory replacing Diaz dribbling ability in the squad if he was to sign though.

I still think it’ll be a one-off season with a higher net spend but only if investment has been raised (to comply with psr). FSG aren’t ones to shout about what their plans are though, so we will just have to wait and see. Massive year of change.
A perfect window for us sees us gain the 3 already mentioned plus a striker, #6 and a CB. Massive change to the squad though.
