It's all rumours. All speculation. People post them on here and get the replies - yes please or no thanks by way of expressing whether or not they would like that player in the team. It's an exercise in fantasy football. I don't think anyone gives the chatter credence.

Milk has described it well. The specifics are - Fluminense has never won the Libertadores and wouldn't consider letting their best players leave while still in contention. If they are knocked out, it becomes a different scenario.

It's almost like buying a vintage Ferarri to stick in your garage and never actually driving it as it appreciates more value for, er, just being something to look at.

Then you sell it when you're old and decrepit.

if you saw the episode of top gear where James May goes to visit the tragic ginger twat with the ferrari california.

the car was in effect inside the house as a display item and the bonnet didn't even close right.

horrid old crap car but rarity makes it massive valuable. virtually undrinkable and a non entity of an experience compared to driving a modern car or any properly maintained and worked on little sports car that can be trashed.

I didn't. That's just speculation not car collecting. It would have to be driven or it would lose value. Whatever else it is it is certainly not a horrid old crap car. Not to some people anyway. Guess it depends on what you think a car is for.

Sorry I have no transfer rumours to share.

Gillingham a league two club, maybe Soton are just keeping him out of the game "just-in-case" another offer comes in. There may be nothing substantial in the works...

Although, Gillingham winning, so maybe backfired for Soton if they thought they could take things easy today.

Have we considered the possibility that both sides have agreed to the transaction, but are haggling over the way the deal is structured?

southmapton have more issues than a minor cup like the efl cup. unless they get a home tie against a prem.clubs it's really not worth a damn thing but get in the way of the only thing that will matter

they must get back up or they won't be too worried about 47 or 50mil for lavia. the parachute payments re massive here.

I just googled and it does look like they've fielded a very weakened team.

Leeds, southampton AND Leicester competing for 2 auto promotion spots.

Klopp had an eye for a player, that’s true. Pinning our hopes on a 19 year old who, yes, had great defensive stats in a team that had to defend more than all others - well, if he gets this one right, he’s a fookin’ genius.
