From what I've seen he does play up top a lot but can drop in as an attacking midfielder.

He's versatile enough to play that role but is a more natural number 10.

I would like us to sign all three of Bacca, Rondon and Firmino. and then have striker options of : Sturridge, Bacca, Rondon, Ings. (sell Lambert, Borini and Mario)

Yeah I'm as worried as you but hopefully things will impove.

Picky Jimmy, he is a DM , yes he can be more expansive but he is certainly more suited to the defensive side of the role.

He's not - he plays as the deepest midfielder but he's not a natural DM. The same applies to Alonso - yes, they can defend but far more effective alongside a proper DM like Mascherano.

Also - Echo says Firmino could be the second most expensive player in our history.

Would be between £25-35m.

Oh yeah, I wouldn't turn him down. He's a quality player IMO with a lot of potential.

You can never have too many quality players ...
