To be honest wouldn’t surprise me if it was a suarez type situation. Sign a new deal (he has apparently said in the past to the club he wouldn’t leave on a free and screw them over) but with caveat that can go to madrid in a year if they are happy to pay silly money.

He gets paid **** loads in mean time
psg don’t lose star player for nothing
And he finally gets a move to madrid
 
I see that la liga have shown their true colours again.

I would say real were only off the blower when the puppet organisation called the psg deal scandalous and they would be complaining to all and sundry about it.

From what I read it’s £1m a week before tax. Which I guess is around £34m? Tbf what ever the real sum it’ll still be more when add in all the bonuses etc as well so isn’t worth thinking sbout.

Whatever it is it's disgraceful to be paying a footballer that amount when the world is in such a mess.
I was just pointing out that the figures Greez posted were wildly different to the ones I'd seen and wondered where he'd got them from.

So Mbappe stays for silly money….and that’s just what’s officially being paid, there will be more.

where do Madrid go now? Salah and Mane are not 22 years old….Nunez maybe?

The new contract with PSG will run for three seasons through the end of the 2025 campaign when Mbappe will be 26 years old.

According to Sky, the PSG offer surpasses the terms of the Real Madrid deal, which included a £110 million ($137 million) signing bonus and £20 million ($25 million) of annual net salary. Sky says that the PSG signing bonus will also be in the region of £100 million ($125 million) with a monthly salary (£4 million / $5 million) that doubles his current PSG pay.

Villa signed Kamara on a freebie from Marseille. Could be a very good signing that, only 22, highly rated and was linked to some big clubs in Europe.

Seems an odd move, helped them finish 2nd in CL this year so would have thought cod get to a higher level European club.

Only highlights but very highly rated and good stats for goals and assists for his age in championship. Admittedly playing in a team that dominated though

Appesrs to have a bit or creativity about him, but do wonder where he’ll play. Can’t see him playing too much next year as hell have to acclimatise to a new system and position. Think he’s played in a 10 role for Fulham this season off Mitro so I guess klopp sees him as that LCM role but will have to be bit more disciplined in our team
 
I dunn owhere he will play but we have snagged another bargain.

if the club can set a price of 27mil for minamino (and actually get it) then these bargains work out.

if we just get goals and wins like origi got us for his 9mil investment that got paid off by a couple loans and big game wins then thats fine too.

hopefully this lad can be worth a squad place. thats the key.

Bargains are only bargains if they improve the squad not just put us back as they take up room.

Next year squad:

GK alisson, Kelleher and who?
RB: Trent . will neco williams stay, has he developed at fulham? who knows.
LB: robbertson and tsimikas. well sorted there
RCB: Gomez and matip and konate. seem well sorted
LCB: vvd and konate. again not too bad. we have a bargain van den berg spare here to sell
No 6: fabinho. we are short here.
RCM: elliott, henderson keita ox. We will see i think this needs looking at.
LCM: Thiago, jones. milner. again needs looking at. i'm not convinced
LW: diaz, carvalho, mane jota. Well sorted
CF: Firmino, jota. Reasonably happy with mane there.
RW: Salah. again this needs looking at. the next gen is missing.

a cheap 3rd GK, maybe with a HG tag.
Decide on RB: is williams any good, is he too arrogant?
DM cover. badly needed. look at tsimikas, diaz impacts.
RCM: can elliott step up?
LCM: I think we fit someone in here with a purchase.
CF: if bobby done?
RW: Is salah staying or going.

For the first team 100% really good CM is needed. then look to RB cover, then sort this RW issue out.

Sell: phillips will go, williams x 1?, williams x2? ox, minamino

think about: mane and salah contracts. ketia conundrum. is he worth an extension?

Milner contract is another unknown that drives the LCM discussion.
