I think Havertz is the best of the young players from the German league, would love him in our midfield. Don't know about Sancho as he has not done much for England, but I have to admit I have not seen much of him in the German league. The problem with buying players from poorer leagues is they can look great, but when they play in the Prem they can't make that step up, not to much of a problem if you pay 20/25m for them, but if you pay 80/100m you need to know you are getting the right player.

Given your disinclination to actually read anything beyond the first paragraph, I wonder how far you got with that article? I gave up about a third of the way through.
It's a dog's dinner of ifs, buts and maybes with a bit of wild speculation lobbed in.

Didn't read it

Playing for England is such a waste. How many greats have we seen play for a **** england team

Gerrard, Barnes, Fowler and Mcmanaman spring to mind, none of them were able to perform for England like they did for Liverpool

Unless he was going to follow him to Zenit I can't see why that would be a significant factor? He'll get over it.
He may leave for a variety of reasons, but they'll be either footballing or financial, or both.
In my opinion, of course.
I don't think you stay at a club because you don't want to leave your mates or leave because one of them has left. Lovren's departure has been on the cards for a while as has (more recently) talk of a big move for Salah. The two events could have now lined up perfectly.

I don't his sole reason for wanting to leave would be Lovren having left but it could certainly be a factor. I'm sure you'll have been in a fun environment that for whatever reason changes over time and is no longer as enjoyable, it doesn't take much for dinne people to try something new once things change. Plus, it depends in his mentality; win as much as possible at Liverpool vs already won the main trophies so go somewhere else to win different trophies

Maybe, but I'd imagine the fun factor is pretty high at Anfield atm. I'm not a mind-reader so I don't know what motivates him, but most of the conditions that top players aspire to would seem to be in place at LFC currently, and there are still challenges.
I don't even know if there's any substance to the rumours, though they are persistent.

He could make friends with Minamino - poor lad looks a bit lost atm. I'd volunteer to be his friend for a small consideration.

Not saying he's unhappy, just playing devil's advocate. I doubt it'll be his choice should he leave this summer.

I've only seen Sancho play for England and have to say I wasn't impressed, although I admit it's not the national team performances that are indicative of a player's true ability.

Always hard to judge unless you’ve seen a lot of them in a competitive league. I find it easier to trust Klopp’s eye for a player. He’s rarely wrong. If we don’t sign him, then it’s not our business and I don’t care <laugh>

Keita If he stays fit will be a revelation next season imo.
Minamino will improve. Everybody does.
Jones might be the big surprise. Klopp said he’s ready :emoticon-0165-muscl

we need a CB And LB as a priority....we were linked to the lad in Germany who could play both positions....Seems plausible.

CM - Thiago seems to be the most likely here if rumours are to be believed.

Forward. Can’t see anyone coming. Unless Someone goes. Elliott will play a few more games.

So a sparse transfer window imo unless someone big sold. Our team will improve Mostly from for improvements from players We already have.
