Could we get Cech on loan for rest of the season? We're already out of the title race so Mourinho won't see us as rivals and we all know how he likes to make things more difficult for is direct rivals, lending us Cech makes it harder for Man City etc when we play them again.
I read this "‘United and Bayern agree monster deal’ – Manchester United are set to sanction the exit of summer signing Ander Herrera this January in order to land Liverpool and Arsenal target Xherdan Shaqiri, according to a report in the Sunday Express. Bayern Munich are desperate to sign the Spaniard after he failed to impress Louis Van Gaal at Old Trafford with boss Pep Guardiola hoping that an offer of £7m plus Shaqiri will be enough to land Herrera. Sources in Germany understand that United will accept his tempting offer, according to the paper, with Van Gaal apparently happy to take Shaqiri as part of the swap deal." Can you see Bayern 'desperate' to land Herrara? I cant
I don't, just chucking a alternative in there. I think loaning a keeper for six months would destroy any confidence Migs has.
Reasons I don't believe a word of it; 1. Its in the Mirror 2. Its in the Mail Reckon they copy and pasted each others article and just changed a few words
I like the look of Redmond, good young player. But Ibe is also a very exciting talent and doing well at Derby. Havn't seen yesterdays goal yet.
Would definitely take Cech for the short term and spend £4m on Kevin Trapp wh in my opinion is the best young keeper in germany (his buyout clause is reportedly £4m). Redmond and Berahinho - oh god please no. When will we learn not to keep buying young english players!!
Yeah... lets sell ibe and get in redmond then loan him to a league 2 side "for experience" koala tea thinking there!
Was talking to a couple of Derby supporting mates in the pub after the game yesterday. They were saying Ibe does well but he is predictably cutting inside at every opportunity. they also said he was doing well but he's not the standout player and they don't believe he is PL standard either. Obviously, I hope they're wrong.
