Jurgen Klopp is ready to hand Harry Wilson the chance to be a part of the long-term future at Liverpool. The Wales international enjoyed a fine season on loan at Derby County, finishing the Championship campaign with 15 goals in 40 appearances for Frank Lampard's Rams. Wilson's performances were a big factor in Derby's push to the playoff final where they lost 2-1 to Aston Villa at Wembley last month. The 22-year-old will be rewarded for his excellent campaign with an opportunity to stake a claim in Klopp's Champions League-winning squad for the new season. Liverpool have eight friendlies lined up alongside the Community Shield and Super Cup between July 11 and the start of the Premier League season on August 9 and Wilson will be afforded ample time to prove himself. The ECHO understands the Reds have fielded several inquiries over the availability of the Welshman, but Klopp wants to run the rule over the versatile attacker before making a decision on his future.
thatts nice.... I'll translate: Everyone is at international tournaments/hols til august. No mane, no salah, no firmino. Shaqiri injured. Of course he'll play RW in the us tour minimum.
Liverpool have made no contact with Lille over Nicolas Pepe, despite reports in France suggesting an offer was being prepared. Claims over the weekend suggested the recently-crowned European champions had made a decisive move in the transfer market by lining up a bid worth close to £60million. However, the ECHO understands those claims are incorrect andLiverpoolhave not discussed a move with either the club or Pepe’s representatives. The Reds are believed to be keen to add an attacker capable of operating in a number of roles to their ranks this summer following the departure of Daniel Sturridge, who will leave the club when his contract expires this month. Pepe, though, is not under consideration at Anfield and a big-money move for the Ivory Coast international won’t be forthcoming this transfer window.

You'll eat Kentucky overfried roadkill, but not sausage rolls? I put a little Dijon between the pastry and sausage mix when rolling up mine... ... Heavenly.
Yeah. I'm sure we won't go the whole summer without a signing... But I suspect it won't be Pepe the Frog or Time Warner Cable... We'll sign someone we haven't been linked with.
