On Arsenal i would argue that they did make that "wow that buy will really improve them" signing in Emery. If he really has improved the team ethic and fitness & added solidity with the new signings think they may well be seriously in the fight behind City. if Lacazette can get more clinical they , on paper , have at least as much firepower as us in Auba ,Lacazette , Ozil & Mikhitarian with Ramsey as attacking midfielder.
