My grandmother was German and she didn't support Hitler. Poor Oma, RIP, she would have made a great Luis Garcia type forward, she was very spry and creative.

Germany after the war was like Britain ten years after Brexit will be- nobody admits to voting for Hitler or Farage.

Lyon president is a funny one.

So apparently we dragged our heals over the Fekir deal it seems... and now despite him saying Fekir is going no where he’s blabbing about other clubs being interested.

Well if he snot going anywhere what does it matter whose interested? Clearly just trying to drive price up for us after WC

it's clear to me that he had expected to have the money and now is stuck with a lame duck.

he is certainly trying to shift the player.

why do people.care about the fee or want a "bargain"

a free transfer can be an awful signing just like a 90mil one if the attitude is poor and squad ethic is disrupted.

we should really be more concerned about him fitting in than his fee.

Poor attitude and wasted talent that has been thrown from club to club and been stuck at Stoke with no takers until they got relegated. My opinion is no thanks, but Klopp is in charge and if he knows differently then that's what counts

It's not the fee. How good is he really, apart from the goal he scored in the World Cup? Stoke went down. How good was he for them, and where would he fit in our line-up?
The fact that Stoke went down isn't a crucial factor, imo - Robbo was relegated with Hull and he's doing ok. It's a team game and there's only so much any individual can do.
If Klopp wants him then that's ok by me, I doubt he'll get very far if his attitude is poor.
As for where he fits in, he's a squad strengthener, not a starter.

Sadly those two have to face disciplinary action for what they did but shouldn't their shoes have been prechecked in the least?

The last thing we want are other teams kicking off with their political views, some a lot more extreme than this.
