can just wants to look good and run with the ball. he takes far too long to release a pass. He's always on a yellow card for me due to mouth and lazy stupid fouls when standing uop and tracking is the right thing. He just pushes a guy over instead, mouths at ref and gets a yellow.

Liverpool have reportedly stepped up their interest in Sporting Lisbon winger Gelson Martins as they prepare for Philippe Coutinho’s exit.

The Reds are expecting Coutinho to finally complete a big-money to Barcelona this month and are said to be already planning to sign his replacement.
 
its now reported by some hacks that Klopp has final say and barca are hiding their bid under thier jumper and the player will sign before city game despite barca not making any offer :)

As in LFC fans "BLAME KLOPP FOR SELLING COUTINHO" more sewing of discord if they can.

I think Can will suit the slower pace of Serie A, but is he good enough to start for Juventus? They are one of the big 5 in Europe, I just don't see it helping his career.

Probably not.

But he can enjoy the sun and money whilst he can lol.
 
Probably late on this, but Barkley to Chelsea for 15m could be a little bargain. Obviously not done well lately, but he obviously had/has talent if the right manager and club can build him up again.

They're the best at those roles at Liverpool but I was talking about them as individuals.

Can isn't best at DM, he's better as a B2B player.

Coutinho isn't best at CM, he's better from the left.


PS... I know you don't agree on Coutinho but you're wrong :)

Coutinho also hasn't really suited the CM position or played their much (someone mentioned he's been an AM half the time this season, dont think so :p). Certainly not part of the midfield 3 for whatever reason. World class player that you will miss (well different to all your other key players)

It was me, he has. However, I agree he's not at his best in the middle too. Much beret playing from the left imo
