According to Simon Mullock of the Sunday Mirror, Liverpool have informed midfielder Emre Can he will not be sold this summer despite interest from Juventus.

As Mullock reported, the Bianconeri are trailing Can, who has under a year left to run on his contract at Anfield. Juve are reportedly ready to offer the Reds £23 million for his services.

"But the Reds would prefer to lose Can for nothing next summer rather than cash in now on a player who is a key performer for Jurgen Klopp," Mullock noted. "He has made it clear that selling top players two weeks before the transfer window closes will leave his plans in tatters."

Don't worry remember Coutinho was an Inter Milan flop. Sometimes these players struggle at very big clubs like Barca.

Last I left it was 70 million plus Gomes and Rafinha.
 
gomes is a fine player... perhaps better than the muck we have.... but he's not a no 6 so we really don't need that right now. he is tall thought :bandit:

Giving him dogs cos barca have loads or lads is rather pointless.

Same as rafinha.. not what we need.
 
Buy Insigne, Meyer and VVD <hopeful> and let Coutinho go for 110mil up front.

We need to move fast though. Shambles.

Take koulibly(sp) Monday morning for 60mil if needed. Just do something ffs!!

At Valencia he was ace. He is actually a direct replacement for Coutinho IMO. Just a case of young player making the step up too early

Can someone please whistle up diego to remind us why it was a terrible idea to give him and his team a long contract when we had no intent to back the guy.
