I really fail to see how the amount of money a club has received increases the value/worth of a player they may want to buy, does he magically become a better player?
You're considering the wrong hypothesis

Nah nothin official just yous lot on here lmao

So fed of this **** - tbh totally agree with pretty much everything you have said donga
It nothing like us with Southampton
However sadly it is the way of the 'sport'
I find myself thinking I going to find me a nice team in whatever the Vauxhall conference passes for now as this **** getting disgusting
Unfortunately prob can't due that![]()

If we are to accept it is a third bid, then going off that article the first bid (not mentioned) must have been lower than £72m.
There is no justification or logical reasoning, the amount of money a club has to spend does not make a player any better.Short answer is that it makes all the difference. The long answer consists of the short answer with all the justification and logical reasoning to go with it.
seriously? Anyway the players worth in this case isn't what Barca are willing to pay, it's what we're willing to accept.
If you want to sell and you know a club has £50m you're not going to hold out for £70m. If you know a club has £200m then you're not going to accept £70m when you know they have a lot more budget that the can stretch to. Pretty simple.
If he chucks in a transfer request he'll go imo. You won't knock back £100m+ to keep a player who's openly told you he wants to **** off. Won't happen.
Didn't he get a pay rise as well?Oh, that thing again. Thought you had some info there. Luis threw his teddy out the cot in 2013. Played his best season ever for us after that and nearly won us the league. That was WC season too.
Right so... as i said a couple times today barca were leaking that loelow ll bid for 2 days or so. I think whatever lfc price is its both above that and its all up front thanks.
Barca need to get real cos not transfer request is going to force a low ball bid through here
Its 100mil sterling imo and lfc are all but telling the wirld he is available for sale.
You have just proved my point, he is no better now than he was before the massive fee...
Take a look at Pogba and your answer will slap you in the face.

Didn't he get a pay rise as well?
I think u are probably right - sadlyI agree but lfc i think are mostly holding out for a cash only bid. No installments no addons.

Why so little when we don't need to sell? Barca ****ed us three years ago and bragged about it later. Utterly pointless to sell at £100m when we don't need to (and our manger doesn't want to).
But if they want another player too it might not stretch that farseriously? Anyway the players worth in this case isn't what Barca are willing to pay, it's what we're willing to accept.

Surely the offer on the bbc is like us going to Southampton and offering 43m for vvd?
