Oh yes. He's been a total prick (if all that we've been told is true). He has a contract and he should honour it in that he should hand in a TR, forgo any loyalty bonus, and continue to do his best for his club until such time as it no longer is his club.

Hes told the club he wants to move. What else is there he can do? Manager he one that's made him train on his own and not selected him. As far as I'm aware he's not refused to play?

I think he would be great to compliment and give competition to Lallana, but with his injury we could do with him to replace Lallana. If or when Coutinho goes, then there will be a lot of pressure to spend it well

Spend it well without time on our side.

Although it could cause a massive domino effect which would be interesting.

He should hand a transfer request in then if that's the case, the greedy ****er.

Isn't telling the club he wishes to move handing in a transfer request?

No they have to hand a transfer request in writing so it is a formal request, they then loose any loyalty bonus and their 20% cut of the transfer fee. This is why they leak things to the papers and just become a pain in the backside at the club so the club sell them and they still keep loyalty bonuses and their cut of the transfer fee.

I didn't know about the 20% - you learn something everyday <ok>

20% of the transfer fee isn't standard

No doubt they are probably friends now. But Neymar and Coutinho have been best mates since kids and always played together for Brazil.

Or maybe its Firmino's fluorescent teeth that makes Coutinho want to leave. Seriously don't get his teeth, what was he thinking, or maybe he got Moreno to help him do it.
He's gonna be penalty taker - he'll use his gnashers to dazzle the keeper.

Most decent players have 20%, it could be lower for players yet to make it, I assume those with "potential" would have less of a cut written into their contracts. It probably depends on how good the agent is when they negotiate the contractss.
That's simply not how it works mate. Players generally get a signing on fee plus loyalty payments that are generally paid annually by their club. The loyalty payments are lost if they hand in a transfer request, which is why they try and avoid it.

Players don't have 20% of their future transfer value written into their contracts, doesn't happen.
