if barca didn't buy coutinho what was the plan? there is no plan here so we will be scratching round hoping to buy something unsure how it will work out and the most obvious starting position would have been the EXACT midfield from last year and salah parked where coutinho used to play.
Now we are looking at can (if he doesn't go) henderson and wijnaldum as the CMs and theres a distinct lack of ability to play in anyone with that midfield.
