Doetmund said he's not for sale now because it's too late to replace him.

Maybe it's a way to trick thick owners

    We want £35m for him.
    We will give you £30m
Tell you what, why don't you loan him for a year for £5m and we guarantee to sell him to you for £30m at the end of the loan
Yeah, that sounds fine, it's a deal.

Buying club walks of sniggering "suckers, we just got him for £30m"

Thought he ****ed them about at the start of the window by saying he was going to China?

And then China put a 100% tax on foreign players and ordered the Clubs to clear their debts.

The Chinese gravy train is over.

Selling club gets half way home then thinks "WTF, we just agreed to a payment structure that only gives us 14% upfront"

Spread out the cost if you don't have the money to spend it that year.

Yeah but most players want to actually try and achieve something first then go to China or America when they are old and ****.

    Not necessarily.

You have 60m and have 2 players that you can buy but both together will cost you £70m. However if you don't buy one now they won't be available next summer.

You buy one, loan the other will caveat that you buy next year when have more budget.

He's 28 so only maybe has 2/3 years left at the top.

I guess mindset for players from places like Africa and South America is different when it comes to money. Not that they are greedy but that they want to be able to take advantage of their job.

Or you've already spent a massive chunk of next year's budget so your stuck with the same team for two seasons
