Meh. 44 matchday squads he's not been available for in just two seasons. About 1 in 3 games he's been injured for.

If we are willing to spend £10m-£15m on a 16-year old, we must be confident that he will be in and around the 1st team because there's no way we'd pay that price for a kid just to put him in the U21s.

Are you forgetting we paid £27m for an 18 year old William Saliba and punted him from pillar to post before giving him a chance?!
