I could see this one being our "wish list". Wouldn't be bad actually, not sure about Ishmael Miller but I reckon he'd be good in league one, doubt Aneke would join us because Fulham want to sign him I think but if we did sign the two strikers it would definitely be as a result of selling Baldock to someone which we obviously don't want to do unless we receive some serious money for him.

A host of clubs are tracking Coventry keeper Joe Murphy. The sky blues number 1 is out of contract with Championship and League 1 clubs lining for his signature. Those interested are Blackpool, Derby, Leeds United, Bristol City and Leyton Orient.

SC is interested in Matthew Briggs after he was released from Fulham. Briggs does seem interested in going back to Bristol City after spending some time there a few seasons ago, but this is all in the early stages of discussions.

Are we going to sign him to see if he really was that bad first time here?
Please can we start a petition to never let him near Ashton Gate or a red City shirt!
 
Rather than Briggs, I note that Palace have released Dean Moxey today. Came from Exeter to Derby and then Palace. Did play in the PL but would only say he was a decent Championship player- There are several players without clubs at present and personally think he would be a good choice if the right deal could be agreed

Bollocks, if this is true I'm going to look stupid after choosing him as our worse left back <doh> hopefully he might of learnt not to be afraid to try
 
Walsall midfielder Sam Mantom will ask for a transfer after being alerted to interest from Bristol City. (though as he's just signed a new contract probably one for the made-up pile)

Bristol City are expected to reignite their attempt for Stevenage's Luke Freeman with a Money and Player offer being on the table. Both parts of the deal are not known
