I think we're in for another 31 days of that rumour wiz :( Still worried why we haven't gone into contract negotiations, Surely we should do it this month and if he fails to agree anything then he has to go in the summer. Really hope we can keep him on for another 3 years.
 
I would take the 3.5 million if it meant we would get 4-5 players with that money would be roughly 800,000 on each player. I wouldn't buy Danns in this window only have his loan extended until the end of the season, Where in the summer (if we are still in the championship) He will be even cheaper due to age and contract length.

I would like the Danns deal ASAP to stop anyone else stealing him. He would have a release clause inserted if we went down, if that's what he wanted I don't think we would lose any money on him.
 
Would rather do a pre contract agreement for July. Have him on loan until then. That way if we go down we haven't wasted money on a player that will leave us instantly and if we stay up weve had him for the 6 months and now get him at a smaller fee and we have his guaranteed signature.
 
Good plan, but put Murrey Davison in the middle with him and Skuse RB with a team looking like this

With a pair of good central defenders maybe replacing Bates (who in my opinion is getting better each game) and McManus.

Albert is not there because either I sold him or he is on African Nations cup duties <ok>
 
Don't want McManus back. Wouldn't want skuse at RB and Definitly wouldn't have bryan LM. Bates is 50/50 would rather have him as back up then in the starting XI that's if were in the NPC next year. If not then would defo have bates in our team at L1 level
 
Not sure we should give Higginbottom a 3 year deal, isn't he 34 already? A good player though, who I am sure could have at least 1 good season left in him at Championship level, so would prefer a 12 month deal with a 12 month option to extend.

Yeovil to sign paddy madden from Carlisle for a small fee as he's fallen out of favour, joe Edwards also a small fee as his contracts up at the end of the season and doesn't seem to be in Bristol city's plans, korey smith to return on loan until the end of the season to gain experience and a possibility of izale McLeod coming after being released by Pompey and is already in the area. Two of the trialists we've had will sign but not positive on who. Marsh-brown gone along with Nathan Ralph and Lewis young.

tobias sana of ajax is in advanced discussions with bristol city and looks set to become derek mcinness first signing in january. the deal will be a loan/trial to the end of the season, and then bought if impressed.

This ones been floating about for a while now on the transfer thread. Could it have some truth?

Pitman signed in Nov for £60k. Turned official today. As of 14:34 both are on the pitch at Griffin Park doing warm ups
