Bristol city have made a new offer for Coventry city centre back Keagh £500k and James Wilson in part exchange this is seen as a better offer than straight cash

Bristol City set to sign English born Jeremy Kyle from CSKA Sofia FC. (Or I.T.V)
 
Bristol will announce the signing of left back Paul Dixon early next week. The robins are also hot on the trail of 4 more players. With 2 players according to my source close to signing.

I do like Helguson - good player
I think DM has already said the club are not interested in Carayol
Matt Derbyshire scored 1 goal in 28 games for Forest/Birmingham last season - maybe he does need to kick start his career
Mawene is 32 - not sure about that one

Richard Keogh wants to rejoin his old club Bristol City but City cannot reach the 1 million valuation.
Cardiff have offered 850,000
 
As long as we don't blow the whole transfer fund on one player.

I think DM is playing a game about Carayol, he could then use Bolasie and Carayol on the wings with Adomah as a support striker.
 
Maybe he's looking at Carayol because Adomah is on his way for £3/4m..? ( I would hate to give the "gas" £1m of our money)<grr>
 
Something was obviously not right between Pitman and the management team towards the end of last season, and also the players did not celebrate one of his goals with him.
I sit near the dug outs and DM's body language with Pitman looks to me as if he (DM) thinks he does not work hard enough (Pitman's langid running style does not help in that respect either)
That said - we would surely be looking for £1m?
 
I would agree with Mcinnes there, Pitman won't get us 20 goals because he dosent work hard enough to get them, when he got 13 goals the season before last, a few were penalty's and it was a little run in the November time that got him the goals, i think the perfect replacement would be simeon jackson from norwich, was very good when they were in the championship and that was as a 2nd choice striker behind holt
 
Bristol Rovers are set to complete the 100k transfer of Crawley striker John Akinde. after impressing on loan at the Bristol club last season, Akinde is set to be Bristols first summer signing.
