From the same source that brought you Fammy ...a few before news broke ............ Jean Mateta of Le Havre ! ...................2 more being looked at .............

TAMMY IS UP FOR GRABS.... £12m 5 year deal and 30% sell on clause ..... SL digging out the cash from under his bed!

That's weird because I posted a thought on his possible return about a week ago, and now he's available. His great season with us is still fresh in the memory but I wonder whether his possible return might not happen because a lot of water has travelled under both our bridges since he left. He looked a little lost in the mix at Swansea and his appetite might have been lost and whether he would want to return to City is another question. On paper this seems like a no brainer but then again I don't make those decisions and there's a feeling deep within that tells me it might not work this time around. Great player in my books and I would love him back, based on his previous time with us, and yet?

If Abraham does leave Chelsea, I can't see him dropping to the Championship, though if there were the opportunity, then it'd probably be worth it, considering we were linked with similarly priced moves for Dwight Gayle and Andre Gray.

RR, surely you're being ironic and aren't really suggesting that Taylor deserves to be ahead of both Reid and Diedhiou?!

Nope he thinks Taylor is the most natural goal scorer at the club. He even tweeted it to RB after a game. I think it was the last game.

WBA have chosen their new manager according to the Gaurdian ~
Baggies to name new boss
The next West Brom manager has been chosen. And the Baggies have gone for the popular Darren Moore - that’s according to the Guardian. That puts an end to any interest in Lee Johnson then or Brentford’s Dean Smith then. As you were.

Very unsurprising - he deserves a shot.

I will say it again Matt Taylor is the most natural striker at Ashton Gate at present.

Taylor was never fit last year with his hernia issues, think we will see a very different man next season.
I agree that he's had injury issues & it'll be interesting to see how he gets on with a clean bill of health, but I think the odds are against him out-performing Reid or Diedhiou over an entire season. Are you willing to say here and now that you think he'll have a better goal to minutes ratio than them next season? I don't think you're willing to give a straight yes or no answer...

If he gets game time then he will score more than Fammy, Reid is a strange one until last season he flattered to deceive, personally think he is off and the place is for Taylor to grab with both hands. If Reid was still here then it will be down to pre season training and goals the man in form should get the start.

Rumour update.
Meanwhile, several transfers rumours are beginning to brew with the Robins being linked to Preston midfielder Daniel Johnson amid others.
