Unbroken timeline ..........sadly not I am afraid. Sorry to disappoint but. 1. Plus Ex letter confirmed that the club and company are incorporate, confirming the incorporation of 1899. 2. Duff and Phelps Report to the Creditors states clearly that the company and club are one and the same. Their report confimrs this in several pages. 3. Southampton tried this one when they went into Admin but FA and Uefa told them that the club and company and indivisible (Uefas own phrase) and this was supported when the court threw out Southamptons claim. 4. Shareholders admitted on the steps of Ibrox on the day that the CVA was rejected that the club was gone. 5. May 1899 RFC and Rangers Ltd became incorporate and their Company House registration and number confirmed tha the company is the club, as Uefa nad the courts confirmed. 6. If the club was a separate entity and was not to liquidate then there would be no need to transfer the membership as the club would retain this and as such the SPL could not vote to refuse them entry, as the club would already have that share. 7. The fact that the club lost players further confirms that they were employed by the club, which incorporate with the company. 8. The holding company for RFC was MIH, just as DD is the majority shareholder in Celtic FC. Sorry guys .........you are in denial...........In a couple of weeks Rangers Football Club will liquidate and Sevco will have to date been refused the old clubs memebrship, which as a new club must apply for same. THEY ARE DEED........LIVE WITH IT. FFS. You only make yourselves look stupid.
Shame you consider your football club as nothing more than a corporate entity registered at companies hoose. Most people in the world consider a football club to be something very much more than that. Consider, for example, the "Celtic Family". I didny know they were incorporated. To each their own, I guess.
The club, with its history, is gone. Deal with it. If you want to support a new company, ergo club, and consider that a reincarnation of the "Rangers family" then by all means do so. But to pretend the old club still exists is simply delusional.
I didn't even read that because the post is constructed by a ******. Oh no timmy tells us we are dead, better believe them
isn't just Timmy though. It's ex death star players, journalists, your own shareholders.... ...the only folk convinced it's still ra ranjurz are, shock horror, only the most myopic fans.
its all semantics really a club is more than a company - we all know that and im sure thats what rangers fans will support strictly speaking the club's unbroken line of history no longer exists - barking about companies not being the club etc is all well and good but deep down i think we all know that "the rangers" are a slightly different "rangers" than before but as a fan would i care? no - because its just semantics
Really because most other people seem to understand it, I mean most of the English football fans that have came on here since liquidation consider us rangers. Don't know why I'm even bothering with you your one of supers dangleberries.
You're timeline was broken (if only for a brief period) and you did form a new football club with the assets of an existing one. Some of your greatest players and managers have said as much in quite plain English. If we are being realistic though you are still the same supporters who follow a club called Rangers at the same stadium. We will at some point have Old Firm games again and we will hate each other as much as ever. It's just every time you go on one of your self indulgent "54 And Counting" or "We Are The People" rants we will always have the "but...". That's never going away.
I thought maybe I'd been going too easy on you lately, I've been giving it tight to the rest of the huns but I always seem to end up agreeing with you. Just wanted to even things up a bit
You're right it will never go away, but don't act as if its for our benefit because its more to convince yourselves rather than us
