That's not trying very hard then, offer him 2. He's a good standard player, if we went up with his help, what's the damage of 1 extra years wages. If we don't get promoted, then he's the standard to be good in the Championship.

 

Zach Clough for 1.5M I think would be fantastic business. Even if it was 2M.

Him and Pritchard would be top end of my list atm.

Couldn't agree more - absolutely bizarre that the window remains open after the season starts.

 

Leon Osman would be great in the Champ. Not a fan of the others tbh.

I think he'd be great for them. Liverpool ruined him like they have with many players. Starting games, and being the focal point of their attack, I'm sure he'll bang them in like he did for Villa.

With Hooper, Fletcher and McCormack there could be quite a few goals when they visit CR in just 6 weeks for our first televised game!!!!

 

That's a worry. I knew they would take it up another level. The new owners did really well in January with spending and type of players bought in. There's often a surprise top 2 finish (in terms as not a resonantly relegated team, or a team that is so close to automatic every single season) Sheffield could well be that team.

 

I know I would have said Dann was the same type and quality of player, but then Dann had a fantastic season and should have been in the England squad. Surely though, this is either rubbish, or they accidentally put a 1 in front of the 2.5?!

That's not bad. He's got a good deal of first team managing and Assistant manager experience. Could be quiet a sensible addition.
