Jager, I know you love to come on Cardiff City board, you go into meltdown if you don't have your fix. Me I'm quite happy to stay on the Cardiff City board just can't find any reason why I would want to go anywhere else. Cardiff City through and through don't need a fix from other boards. Either put the link on this board or trot off and stay on your board. Edit. I don't think there is a link
you don't own this site rhondda I will post wherever the hell I feel like! and prophet private parking companies also try saying you owe money to them on their pathetic invoices , doesn't mean its true! and if ipswich can prove the money is due then the club should cough up, until then nothing should be paid!
Jager - you're only getting back exactly what you boys took delight in giving out last season. You'll need to live with it - it's life on these boards. As far as the question you've been asked regarding this (mythical?) 16,000 attendance rent trigger, I don't understand why you can't put up a link of any sort to substantiate it. We'd all be grateful for the confirmation to put our minds at rest. You're quick enough to throw up other links when it suits your purpose, why not this one?
And that is exactly what Langstone are doing to CCFC, yet you and others of yopur ilk revel in telling us that the club owes Langstone anything from £24 - £30 million (depending on which of the muppets is spouting) Langstone have shown an extreme reluctance to involve the Football league, or go to law over their claim, I wonder why that is Whereas Ipswich have gone straight to the league..........and have indicated that they are willing to go to court.........seems like they have a pretty strong case and are confident that their claim will stand up to scrutiny, and given swanseas record of dodging paying what they owe, why are people not suprised?
Swansea haven't dodged any payments, could you show me anything that suggests that! And speculative invoices should not be paid unless proof is provided, the concept of proof is asked for the langstone debt, but we should simply pay ipswich without the proof according to you, £160k is a lot of money regardless on promotion! And sparkey I didn't delight on anything in regards to the alleged debts owed by your club, the link is on the swans forum it was an in depth article about the swans, if it concerns you so much go and look for it !
I see Jagger Jenkins is still on his soap box. Pay up your club is embarrassing the whole of Wales.Petty all over again.
Nope we leave the embarrassment to Wales to your impeccable fans and their reputation ! The club will pay if it's due, perhaps you should pay the £30m or so owed to langstone, or is your club asking for proof of this debt ?
I didn't say you did personally - don't get so upset, it'll only end in tears again Teso. So where's the link then? The fact is you can't find it and it's all a made up load of baloney eh? Prove me wrong and post the confirming link.
Sparkey the link is there, calling me a liar is below you mate, really I had a lot of respect for you , but I suppose that was misplaced by myself, there hundreds of threads there , it was posted up about a week or so ago, so if you want it you find it!
On the contrary,it seems we are a club to be envied: http://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10335~2379709,00.html Hardly an environment for fans with as you alledge,a reputation. The hole you are digging is getting very deep. Perhaps you should dump Huw and employ Owen Money.
Jager - you're getting all emotional again, I didn't call you a liar at all, I just invited you to prove that there is this 16,000 attendance trigger for the rent payment to kick in. I'm sure you must have read something about it or you wouldn't have brought it up - I do remember DragonPhill mentioning it first but never saw anything to substantiate it. Forget the forum chit chat, there must be something in writing somewhere in the lease to establish such an important matter - just find it and post it to give your claim credibility.
Ah the penny has FINALLY dropped it certainly took long enough Hamman/Langstone have put in a claim for an ALLEDGED debt, our owners employed a team of forensic accountants to go through the accounts with a fine toothcomb, ( it's called due dilligence and is a standard business practice) before taking control. They have agreed there IS a debt due to Langstone/Hamman, which they have offered to settle..........the level of debt is what is in dispute, our owners have asked Hamman/Langstone to furnish proof of the level of debt they say is due..........they have yet to do this, so the ball is in their court........if you think about it logically without your black and white blinkers on................would anyone "lend" £20 - £30 million without any paperwork or records? Of course not. Our owners have shown they will pay debts incurred by a previous regime IF THE CREDITORS CAN SUPPLY PROOF OF DEBT No proof, no pay, which seems to be fair enough. Compare this to swansea's attitude, "OK we owe this money, but we don't want to pay it,,,,,,,,,I know we will go into admin and pay a few pence in the pound, then we will re-invent the club in a different guise and say its nothing to do with us"...............illegal no.......immoral yes, Then ill informed people who are either ignorant of, or worse have chosen to ignore the facts think they have the right to hold up swansea as "paragon's of virtue" and hold them up as an example of a well run club.......well it stinks. Swansea have used legal devices to lie and cheat their way out of paying their debts on more than one occasion, and if you deny that you are seriously deluded. The fact that swansea fans think they have the right to lecture CCFC on how a club should be run is pathetic. Put your own house in order, pay your rent, and clear your debts......then you might have room to talk.........until then your boasts of fiscal propriety are like your boasts of being "the biggest club in Wales" a pathetic joke.
Jager, you answered your own question. Cardiff City owe the debts of the previous regime because we did not go into receivership. That is the honourable thing todo. And all those debts, with the exception of the disputed (Look up that in a dictionary if you don't know what it means) debt to Sam. swansea dare not responsible for the ebts of the previous regime becuase the went in admin DELIBERATELY TO AVOID PAYING THEIR DEBTS. There is another word attached to administration, its Voluntary. They chose to do it so they wouldn't have to pay, not once but twice. There should not be a team called Swansea allowed inthe football league until all those debts are honoured. son't it once if bad, deliberately doing it twice is criminal.
Nope they went into admin in the 80s and entered into a cva 8 years ago, they do happen to be different things, perhaps you should look it up! And can I say it's impossible to do the honourable thing when you are in the hands of criminals, and as you have no idea around the circumstances of the club at that time, you are not in a position say a civil matter of a cva is criminal. Lots of opinions on the swans on here by bluebirds, pity none of it is backed by facts
there is no transfer embargo or will ever be, we owe the tractor boys some petty cash out of our £90+ million thats all, no problem here in the premiership in jack land, now hows good willie do you reckon this caliber of players are good enough to keep you in the championship. i bet west ham, saints Brighton are all quaking in their boots.....
....look out, pillock-brain is back. You haven't got £90M you half-wit - that's the alleged total you'll receive including the three years parachute payments when you come back down. However, a tidy sum nonetheless, so cough up to Ipswich before they sue the arse off you. BTW, what happened to your tag line about "the 47 years married to my wife"? Has she realised what a pillock you are and split?
