yes and the current people have nothing at all to do with the previous owners, do you think LBS should pay for casey roofing debts then? Or are they just someone picking up the remnants of a business with the same name?

Has Danny Graham been registered yet, if not and they get a transfer embargo their big signing of the summer could go elsewhere.

yes, so come on answer the question, your constant posting of of the 11p in the £ means nothing! If you think the current owners of the club should be responsible for past debts, so it would mean that LBS should be responsible for Casey's or a very recent one Argos should be responsible for Habitat's debts and problems

Talking through your **** What has Casey's or LBS got to do with Swansea City 11p / £ ?

It is the Football club who did not pay their debts

SWANSEA CITY MARK 1 Left creditors in the lurch

SWANSEA CITY MARK 2 Left & Right creditors in the lurch

SWANSEA CITY MARK 3, well we will have to wait to see

    Edit

    Hit a nerve ?

You still haven't answered the question, you appear to want the owners of the current club to pay for something that they didn't have any powers over, so the casey question is very relevant because they went into admin and ceased to trade, the swans went into a cva and did give money into it, if that didn't happen the club would have liquidated.

So have I hit nerve, is it because you are jealous of our correctly run club, to the shambles at yours? Having a transfer embargo all of last season must have hurt!

Why not, the current owners at Cardiff are, so I guess it's just Swansea that can get away with defaulting <doh>

Do you think we wanted to go into a cva? Do you think we got away with anything ? Do you think we as supporters who marched against petty feel they got away with anything ? Your owners didn't put the club into a cva so the debts are still due in full!

So the current owners who include the supporters trust to which I am a member, should be responsible for debts going back to the 80s according to prophet, how is that fair? Some of the people in the trust were not even born back then, when the swans went into a cva 8 years ago there was no options, either that or liquidation , what were we supposed do then ? You lot seem to have the answers, so come on tell us what we should have done!

And as quite a lot of clubs have entered admin at some point, perhaps you Cardiff fans should advise all these clubs what they should have done!

My point is that Swansea City has left creditors down not once but twice. This Swansea City board together with the board of Ospreys Rugby have not kept to their agreement Re-Liberty Stadium and now it is reported that this Swansea City board are not paying invoices from Ipswich, not another name change on the cards ?

you are wrong about the liberty stadium, no payment from stadco was due to the council unless there was over 16k attending every game, and its not a name change but completely different owners, so are you going to answer me or what? should lbs be responsible for casey's former debts, they have afterall the same name?

And lets face it, your club has plenty of past history of not paying invoices, that is why the revenue have tried wind cardiff up a number of times, this so called invoice from ipswich must be proved to be owed, not simply paid without thought

Can you put a link up to show this 16,000 thing ?

We have asked many times but never seen one.

Are you going to answer that ?

What the fukc are you on about re LBS & Casey's you’re getting a bit parodied there, Swansea City in all its guises left creditors in the lurch end of.

And yes i'll give you that we had history with the revenue but every single on of those invoices were paid in full. Can Swansea City say the same ?

there is a link, its on the swans forum, go and look for it!

the point with LBS is that they bought a company that went into admin, the swans went into a cva and paid what we could afford at that time, the current owners didn't run up that debt, but still paid something towards it, that is what a cva is for, like an iva for an individual, it was that or liquidation! So again I ask should LBS pay for something it had no power of, no knowledge of, and no legal reason to pay past debts?

And this disagreement with ipswich will be sorted in due course, so yes the swans do pay their debts that are owed, you seem to think that we should just hand over £160k over without consideration, is that your way of doing business then? If someone sent you a bill for that amount would you pay it without thought?

Jager perhaps it was a bit to subtle for you, the example I quoted was about the money you personally owe me, I've already accepted that I, like quite a few others will have to write off the money that pikey fc ripped people off for.

Now about the £1000 YOU personally owe me? You will probably say you don't owe it, but if I say it long enough and loud enough some people will start to believe you do..........will you pay me just so I go away...............or will you ask me to prove it before you think about paying up? Of course you would, so why should CCFC pay Langstone without any proof?
