I suppose a brief transfer embargo is of no relevance outside the transfer windows when you can't do transfers anyway.

ours is the same, evidently it's all admin issues not ffp. Clubs were given leeway to file accounts due to covid and EFL have stuck to their guidelines on dates due, so the issue is Clubs have used the time and EFL aren't happy about it.
Typical EFL. Heads up ar$es regardless of the pandemic situation and a bit of reasonable government action.
However, on the negative side most clubs will show horrendous financials which could have a more serious FFP outcome.
