    Whilst there certainly is logic behind this tweet. It does reveal that he isnt so much an ITK agent (am simply using thats how he operates - maybe wrong) because if he had insider info then his post maybe more like:

    'Can confirm Maynard has not rejected bid - the bid is still currently at the stage of being considered by the BC board' - more precise
