Don't get why they apologised... it's past the watershed and it's not like nobody's seen an inflatable doll before.
I think they should be away from idiot fans...earlier in the day, they are harmless, but they get worse as the day goes by.
Not that line again. The reality is that he passes the ball to places where players are not and then rarely makes much effort to get it back. I wish he had been as good as the hype but he wasn't and I'm a bit surprised that any Prem teams are taking him unless we are paying some of his wages.
As for the 'we were never really prepared to build a team around him'. Nonsense. We built a team around t**tbeard not long after many on here wanted Gaston to replace him.
He is behind Tadic, Long, JWP, Davis and Isgrove it seems as well as the new guy I would think. I would go so far as saying I would rather McQueen be given a chance in the last few minutes of games. He's looked a lot more promising to me in the rare glimpses we get of him.
So its a pity he didn't live up to the billing but I'm not surprised at all.
