I don't think the transfer fees are a major problem, its how do we
Afford the wages.
Fit the wages into our wage structure.
Not piss of our current top earners.
Avoid a wage rise spiral which is something we've done very well so far.
The simple answer would be to give them a massive signing on bonus - ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã3m equates to ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã20k a week roughly over 3years, so just line them with that ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã3m signing-on fee and tell them that their wages will be the difference cheaper - could be a nice little carrot when it comes to luring players - such as money in the bank to buy a house & get settled quicker?
Of course it's not allowed but there's ways around it
