Thought so I used to do long distance running and remember the jelly beans thing

 

mite whatever you prefer, like to eat. Little and often and never over/under feed.

 

I under are and overtrained the past month cos I'm away next month.. Big mistake.. I look like Dracula and hit the sugar and bread

 

food of the gods if it were beef and Tom. Would fill to top as a student and have soup and noodles 3/4 slices of bread dipped in. Now they are low salt, taste like ****e.

Chicken and mushroom is the best pot noodle for me, but they used to do a pot pasta (bolognaise) in the early 90s when it was still golden wonder that was the dogs bollocks

 

That **** lacks any sort of flavour. Went there once, never again.

 

They changed the recipes, but it's still the best imo... I do quite like the curry ones and the chow mein... The bombay bad boys are good, but most of the new ones I find dissapointing

 

Love the way you knock granola and muesli yet are a Pot Noodle officionado .
