nope, had this at 3. Won’t be hungry for a week. plus out to do 60 miles in peaks tomorrow so no concern on getting fat
mate, glycogen, smycogen. fuel correctly in AM and while out. I’m not an amature. pre ride bulking is how you don’t burn fat reserves when doing cardio/endurance excercise.
Your not an amateur but you told me you fell off your bike going up a hill.. I honestly don't understand how that's possible to achieve.
guess you have never rode in the Peak District or lakes. Plenty of places you can ride at 25-30%. You try walking up em! if I fell off then it would be going slow up hill, clipped in, lost balance.
It's 12:32 I'm hoping to squeeze in enough fibre to pop out one smooth and silky poo. Hoping to have that wrapped up by 12:33 so I can get back to doing pull ups.
