Am I the only one who thinks having your initials on your kit is really naff. Everyone knows the players names and if they don't then the initials aren't a great help. Would AL mean anything to anyone who has never heard of Adam Lallana? If they want the names on the kit then they should go the whole hog and have the full name and if necessary the person's job title. Of course we could really be stupid and just have the nicknames.
The 18-19 million pound photo! If anyone had said three seasons ago that we would be outlaying that sort of cash on two players I would have never believed them. Love the fact that we are in such a sound financial position and have such a happy squad and manager.
It is as players are different sizes and like wearing different things to train in etc so initials make kitmans job easy and cuts down any issues as they all have their own full kit
