Whoevers fault it is, the council should not have left it for so long and GFC should have paid up on time, it is just more bad news when we do not exactly have much to look forward to! No manager, no training ground, no hope!

Scally should be aware that (apparently) Medway Council won't trouble themselves to do Gills any favours, but there must be fault on both sides - The Council for allowing the 'situation' to exist for such a long time without earlier action, and the Club for not checking the accounts to see that NO payment had been made to a 'creditor.'
At least one of the parties is telling lies regarding the lack of dialogue. If Scally is 'right' he should consider litigation for defamination. It is truly amazing how bad the timing is when these matters rear their ugly heads - causing embarrassment every time.

Isnt it funny that Medway Council can pick up the phone and speak to the press and not pick up the phone and speak to the chairman even though he was in the country for all of last week!
Medway council are a joke, all they ever do is go to the press when they don't get what they want, they do nothing for the club and probably wish we move on, where are we going to train.
Anyway that training ground is poor, the injuries we have picked up there is so annoying.
Hope it gets resolved soon and that should be all we hear from the council till something comes up in the season probably about a game a day or so before it, they are great with timings ain't they?

Medway Council want the club gone, Maybe we should give them what they want? Im sure Gravesham Council would welcome us!
I would still rather to be in Medway but any other council than this one is probably better, always knew Medway council is rubbish. Whenever anyone needs help from them they don't want to know.
