I liked the Adidas trainers.

as to the sliders I need a pair as the dogs ate my flip flops and I’ve never had a pair of sliders so thought I’d give them a go as I hate walking in flip flops.

ordered some nice knee high white ellese socks to pair up with them.

Ellesse tried to make a comeback a few years ago, but it never caught on like it did in the 90’s. They made some tidy gear back then as well.

I do prefer a slider to a flip flop mind, not with socks like Sucky suggests tho.
 
Sliders are ok for by the pool, I wouldn't mooch about in them though.

Flip flops for that. Got to be Reef as well.
 
Fila, Ellesse and Tacchini were all the bomb in the 80's, proper cool.

There's only really Tacchini held on to any sort of kudos. They still do some really stylish tracky tops. I'd feel daft wearing one though.
 
Fila are big right now... more for girls though I think.

Napapijri has bounced right back as well, that was on Sports Direct shelving not so long back.
