    It is not that they were £2 it is that they were pretty good for only £2.

    It pays to be smart shopper. I mean I paid £2 for a toaster, it might only do one slice of toast, but still it works a treat.

    I got two pairs of shoes for four quid each at the factory shop in prudhoe Northumberland in 2009. I used them for work and I am still wearing the second pair for work now, although they are on their last legs.

    Comfy as well. I once spent 280 quid on a pair of boots when I was young and ****ing stupid. I wear the ****ers for gardening now

    Salomon for running and walks and stuff though. Adidas too narrow for such things.
