Really a case of 'in the coaching setup I trust' at the moment.
I see nothing but good things overall in the way the U21s and the
Nextgencibles play. I do not see any U18s games but some are
saying that group of kids are equally promising.

Whether the current regime will fall away now that Inglethorpe
has gone, or whether the foundations of the regime are now
so well-defined that any decent staff can come in and continue
    them, remains to be seen.

Yeah absolutely mate, the youngsters have been performing fantastically this season, I've been lucky enough to watch a few games though Spurcat will know 20x more about them than myself. The they've played this season gives me a lot of hope that we have a few future first teamers in our ranks.

Inglethorpe's loss seemed a bit of a blow as our youths started to look more promising since he took over after leaving Exeter in 2006, HOWEVER, I do think the likes of Chris Ramsay and John McDermott have also done a brilliant job, this is backed up with Ramsay being appointed Assistant Head Coach to Peter Taylor for the England U-20's just the other day.

So far, the future of Spurs looks extremely bright in my opinion, we've got a conveyor belt of talent that can potentially be a) First team regulars or b) First team squad players - Carroll, Pritchard, Smith, Coulibaly, Kane, Fryers, Coulthirst, Ceballos, Mason, McEvoy and a few others I've probably missed all look fantastic/ good prospects in my opinion.
