What'd you think about the drug allegations over Contador? He hasn't looked his best this Tour, perhaps there is some truth in him taking drugs last year?
I was thinking the same thing earlier. He doesn't look the same, as he looked near on invincible in the last few years. Don't get me wrong he is a class rider and I am starting to wonder if he was on drugs. Not hardcore druggy but just a tiny bit just to give him that tiny edge over his main rivals. Really enjoying it this year but to be fair I love it every year. It was a shame what happened to Wiggins and to some of the other big riders.
Yeah, the Wiggins situation was irritating. Ben Swift looks promising, he's got a couple of top ten finishes so far on his maiden tour.
Don't watch ITV in any shape or form. It's a vile station and makes me want to murder people in a psychotic manner. I love professional cycling, especially Le Tour De France. EuroSport is the way to go. Brilliant commentry/banter and always get a good interview. Yes they are as Thomas will definitly not win the white jersey unless he does something spectacular today. Cav has been deducted 20 points as he came in outside the time. Luckily he was with 88 people so they didn't get disqualified. He only holds the green jersey by 15 points now I think. Voeckler is still in yellow. Only just though.
As long as Cav gets through these mountains, which isn't a given by any stretch, he should be expected to pick up points in Paris. With only a 15 point lead it's plausible that he may not win. It'll be very exciting to watch from now on then.
These guys are for real. So early and yet Contador, Evans, Voeckler and Andy Schleck are into it. Where's Frank?
Sanchez has won KOTM Cav to hold onto the Green Jersey I would like to think Yellow to be decided in the individual time trial, Andy Schleck's to give away but there isn't a small enough time difference to truly believe that he'll lose the lead. White jersey is the same but I couldn't for the life of me name the people vying for that particular jersey are. Mainly because I couldn't care less about the white jersey as not Brit stands a chance and the yellow jersey battle has been epic this year!
I hate the media too, if I had that many cameras and microphones, being shoved in my face, after riding up what's virtually a cliff with a broken shoulder, I'd probably hate them even more than he does! Well done Cadel you deserve it!
I like Cadel. I like the Schlecks more but I am very pleased that Contador will not be on the podium Bring on next years.
