Cheers. Once again, the main breadwinner gets the shaft - and this for a 5 year marriage!! Unhappy - but very wise now, not getting serious anymore (except about Saints of course .....)
I was divorced at 35 and have been single ever since (now 66). Suits me as I like to make all my own decisions and I don't mind being alone, but everyone is different. What I would suggest to anyone is give it a chance....daft to rush into things without trying being alone for a while. Remember you have to be able to live with yourself as you are your own constant companion. However, I have not combined it with bitterness....I am generally a happy soul.
It's far better, in my experience, to be single than to be with the wrong person through fear of being alone. Best of all is being in love, but that doesn't come along too often.
