Hadn't thought of that last bit PNP <ok>. if ever the Government wanted to do something to look good in the media to kickstart the area, it would be to back the NP Project and be as compliant as possible to get it done. if they want to be seen creating a large number of jobs quickly, it would make sense. We need a spin doctor to be a Spurs fan!
