Tottenham v Watford

The International break is over and the Premier league returns. What an exciting time to be a fan of either of these teams that clash on Saturday. Two of last season's cup competition finalists meet in the world´s most entertaining league.

QSF takes his team to Tottenham in search of their first win of the season. Eight games in and Watford have let in 20, scored 4 and have a grand total of 3 measly points. This is going to be a tough season and a big ask if QSF is to keep us up. Winning has to start sooner than later, with the emphasis always on the next game after a loss or draw so far.

Tottenham are also suffering for form, they sit in ninth and there are rumours of unrest, including that their manager has given up. Their new stadium hasn't been filled with corresponding signings. They haven't started well in the Champions league either. Both teams are in some sort of crisis but on different levels. This makes this encounter top billing of wounded animals v donkeys.

We played very well last season for a lot of games and we have this season under QSF against Arsenal... So all the players have it in them...

One of my mates here who supports Tottenham is in Ixtapa so I won't be able to watch the match with him. Maybe a blessing in disguise.

We really have to get a win soon to get our season moving. If we lose more ground on those above us it only gets more worrying.

 

Capoue still out and Deeney won't be ready for a few weeks :

 

It is our wedding anniversary tomorrow and we are going out to lunch so suspect I will not be back in time to join the streamers for kick off, might make the 2nd half though.
