Townsend looks so off the pace. Last season he was at least threatening when he ran with it, but now he just runs into the first defender
Tielemans cautioned for a sloppy one on Kane. The kid looks decent. Townsend needs to switch wings, in my opinion. Get him playing like a traditional winger and see if that helps.
Townsend would be better off on the A&E Wing. Whatever he had a couple of years ago is non-existent these days. He can't go forward and won't work back. Dear Everton, please can we have Aaron back? Please?
Okaka. 2-1. Bloody awful defending. The players haven't looked up for it at all after the first 10 minutes. We should've been out of sight and they've dawdled ever since. Really poor performance.
Never like laying into new players but Trippier has been very poor defensively in all our EL matches...spends so much time running backwards with his hands behind his back!
