Kulu’s making me eat my words from earlier. Had some nice touches. Grey and Skipp not CBs but the former has looked ok there even if it’s just a preseason game. Would like to see him and Bergvall in midfield second half but I expect we’ll see a lot of changes. Lovely finish from Bren too.
Could be about 3-2 Spurs if both teams finished their big chances that half. Johnson netting for us whilst Son and Porro should’ve added themselves. No one really shone to be honest, Maddison made a few nice passes and got the assist for Johnson’s goal, Gray seems solid in the tackle but hard to really gauge his game whilst he’s at CB.
Emerson comes on and immediately assists Hearts for a goal. Friendly or not, get that useless **** out of the club. Milan’s £8m bid was more than generous.
That’s a lovely finish from Lankshear. And a nice drive and pass from Spence to make it too. Was surprised to see Djed today as he’s one we all assumed would be off this summer. Maybe he can carve a place for himself in the squad.
4-1 Spence. He needs to have a serious sit down with Ange. He’s miles - I mean MILES - better than Emerson. This performance alone is beyond anything Emerson's capable of. Easily a place in this squad if he sorts the supposed attitude out.
