Son scores a hat trick for South Korea! Ok, it was in an 8-0 win over Laos, but nice to know he can find the goal!...

He had enough time to stop for a cup of tea before finding the net. It might be a tad different in the PL.

I don't know about that, did you see Liverpool's defending at the weekend?

Wait, is that a rhetorical question?

At least it's not confusing, like Mike England playing for Wales, Jason Scotland playing for Trinidad & Tobago, or Stephen Ireland not playing for Ireland by saying various grandparents were dead.

At least it will have a good shot at eradicating the problem. Unlike, say, the ones aimed at my squirrel compatriots.

Still, in the interests of self-preservation, I suppose I should throw Roo under the bus.

Nah, I’m pleased, just as I was when José Cardenal played for the Cardinals, and Ken Houston played for Houston. My favorite stupid name thing was when Sin from the Phillipines made Cardinal. Could there ever have been in any doubt he would get there? I have half a mind to change my name to Dogsbody, have a son and send him to West Point. How would he not make general? He’d never get past major if my name was ****up.
