Liked Ever Banega for a couple of years. I would have thought he played to deep to be what we want though. Don't know anything about Hernanes, but mugging off Lazio is good for a laugh! Now its been confirmed that he was meant to be training (by AVB) i think it is safe to start calling him names. Guess we all got fooled into thinking he was different again. Will we ever learn?
What a shame that such a great Spurs player like Bale; a smart kid with his head screwed on has resorted to this behaviour. I have no doubt his agent is influencing him seeing that up until recently, he has acted professionally and kept his gob shut. i think most of us would have wished him well had he done it correctly. I wouldn't have begrudged him the move as we aren't in the CL and he's a fantastic player. But he's let himself down badly in my opinion. Now, i hope Barca win everything and Bale bench warms after not impressing. No more believing the best in footballers for moi
I said the other day that when Bale joins Madrid, I hope he either flops or injures himself to piss Madrid off at the fact they've paid such a fortune for him. Now I hope he flops or injures himself to piss Madrid off AND to give him a bit of karma for acting like a prick. No respect whatsoever. Hope he learns the Spanish lingo wrong, calls Perez/ Ancelotti a **** on accident and gets put in the reserves. Never thought he'd become a Berbatov/ Modric. Lost all respect for him now.

Somehow I don't think he'll be crying over that considering the extra several thousand followers he'll get from Real fans but an appropriate sentiment none the less.
Oi don't turn this into a Welsh bashing issue. Totally uncalled for. I was ahem.... unfortunately born there due to bad timing so let's keep this civil. So another victory for 'player power'. I'm not to going to call Bale names, as long as we get £81m+ for him, I'm happy enough. We blew Cl two years running, partly through bad luck, partly through poor decisions at board/management level. That's what infuriates me. Had we now had CL football, we may have kept Bale, if not we'd be in a stronger position to attract better players. Having said that, as long as we get in Vlad, a 'Bale/striker' replacement and a keeper I'm happy with our business. To me Paulo, Soldo and Cappy are fantastic signings.
Disappointed to see I was right about Bale being a twat. Good riddance - never worth the money being quoted anyway, moments of magic but also dreadful at times last year. We will be stronger and more consistent without him.
