Has there ever been any indication how this deal with Internacional works? I mean - what do they get out of it? Apparently we (supposedly) get first dibs on their players and now, according to the rock-solid source that is the People, they offer us a striker for less money than they'd get elsewhere. I can't see any of our players going the other way or them getting to loan any of our promising youngsters. LDL - the kitten bookmark is very funny.

What do people think about making a move for Adam Johnson in the summer? Doesn't get that many chances at City so might be open to a move. Would satisfy our need for another winger, can play on either flank, eye for goal, all round great player in my opinion.

He's a top player and I've always thought we should go for him but I can't see City selling anyone other than Adebayor to us. They'll see us as a threat now and won't be in a rush to sell us someone they still use, who's not a silly wage.
Tom Carroll has gone out on loan to derby and bostock is very close to joining the Owls. (on loan also) perhaps, finally, there's going to be some movement coming in?.... 36 hours....
If Carroll is given enough game time at Derby he should do well, I can see him being discriminated against for being 12 though...
