Not sure why you're so confident. Pocchetino seems to have got the style and tactics he wants implemented properly. And they have a gem in Harry Kane.

I've said it before - just cos we've finished top 4 in the past doesn't mean we will do it now.

Still hoping for 3rd and a trophy but this is a big setback

Cos you lot went on and on about us pissing 100m up the wall...so its fun to do it back <laugh>
Wish I could disagree about you finishing above us but I can not see us making the top 4 tbh.
Imo no cup should be mocked...particularly if in winning it you manage to piss of mourinio <ok>

And we have a gem in Sanchez, and overall we have more quality players than Spurs, and the past does matter because we know how to get the job done when it comes to getting the top 4, while Spurs as the past have shown, don't really know to get over the finishing line, despite having some very good moments, and even beating Arsenal. On top of all that we have a very good run of fixtures, we have practically played at all the tough away ground with only Old Trafford left, and I think we are owed and can get something from United when we go up there.

This defeat is a set back, but not a BIG set back, only 1 point behind Spurs, and say Southampton win, only 3 points behind them with so many games still to play for. We're not even that far off United. It's not like we're 7-10 points off top 4.

In terms of the cup, I do want you to win over Chelski.

    Definitely a bad result.
Its given the impetus to Spuds and let Man U off the hook.
We have to regroup yet again.

Let's hope we take all our rage and frustration out on Leicester in midweek.

I think that you have a lot of very good players, but most of them seem to favour the same position and your squad has areas that need work.
If you picked Arsenal's best 11 players it wouldn't look anything like a team.
You wouldn't pick four defenders, four or five midfielders and one or two strikers and I'm not sure either keeper would make it, either.

Try it. See what you end up with.

We definitely missed Sanchez today, he's the one player who would have given us the edge we missed. Also as much as I like Bellerin, I think Debuchy would have offered more protection down our right. Rose was given free reign down their left. Can't really complain about the result though today, we just didn't offer enough in any area of the pitch. Credit to Spurs, they pressed us and put us under pressure all game.

I thought the ref was pants today. Must have a good supply of yellow cards as I am sure he wore out the one he started with.

Well that's why you're so down, was silly of you to think we suddenly became title contenders after beating City, we're still a far way from being proper title contenders and having a chance of winning the EPL. You've set up very unrealistic expectations....At the moment when it comes to the league, we're very much in a fight for top 4 places, and in that regards, we have the quality to achieve it, and today's loss in terms of gaining the top 4, is not the end of the world.

Really losing patience with Ramsey this season. Seems like his last season was a one off. Not good enough for me again today.

Blimey , that was like having a crumpet overload .
Raquel Welsh and a washing machine wouldn't have made it
    any better .
Today we surprising outclassed Arsenal .
On paper your so much superior but we are a unknown quantity
with so much young talent coming through .
No doubt you will grab 4th over us but today there looked
a gulf between the teams .

    Chin up
