Well him and Santi have to do EVEYTHING. The forwards are offering **** all. So Wilshere/Santi have to win the ball back, control possession and SCORE the goals. Too much pressure on them If only we have a David Villa/Jovetic type player in the team
The Ramsey hate is unnecessary. He's not to blame for this loss. Our defenders have been **** and our forwards have waisted chances for fun.
Clueless second half. Never looked like scoring and all we managed to do for the last 20 minutes was repeatedly foul all over the pitch
Ramsey hate is ridiculous, he's was better than Wilshere today (who had his worst game all season). Giroud/Walcott terrible. Vermaelen awful. Monreal, worst game so far.
Unlucky, Goons. I think Wenger's substitutions cost you, as you seemed to lose all shape and threat, only really looking dangerous from set-pieces after that. You've now got 10 days to dwell on this result before you face Bayern again, which is a bit **** for you.
Our defence let us down once again. I thought we where the better team and but for some stupid defending we would have got something from the game. Dissapointed. Ramsey was one of the best players on the pitch, no idea how he can still come in for abuse even when he puts in a good performance. He over hit a cross and got a yellow card, so what? He pressured there players on the ball, passed well, found space, moved the ball quickly (which is usually the main complaint against him), won the free-kick for our goal, won a few other free-kicks/corners, and filled in at the back when asked.
One thing that can be concluded from this and other big games this season is that Giroud cannot be relied upon in the most important games. He is mediocre and for Wenger to think that he could replace RVP with him is criminally negligent.
dont ignore the toothless attack though , when our only goal comes from a ricochet from our defender off Bales big ****in head , it says a lot about our attack strength dont it.
