His lack of a good shot from range may be an advantage for him in this system, as he has no distractions from doing what Pochettino wants him to do, which is to get forward, interchange passes and positions, and create goals. He's a candidate for a sports psychologist, I think. He really is very talented, but you can see him disappearing down the same psychological blind alley time after time: trying to show off, to beat the other team on his own. Now that I've said that, he just had a couple of rational touches.

I agree with you RWAEB. You want him to do well but he always seems to take the wrong option. When he should keep it simple he tries to beat everyone and when he should take someone on he lays it off!
