Superb work from Kulu. At this point I think it might be an act of mercy to just let Son leave on a free this summer. It's actually painful watching him.
It's harsh but a textbook penalty. Brennan does exactly what the Rules say he must do to win it, which is to get his leg between the defender and the ball before contact.
We look a lot more stable with two midfielders behind Kulu than we do when we play one sitting player and everyone else just buzzes around. I feel like the FBs are playing a bit more sensibly as well as there’s less need for them to be inside all the time. Bissouma isn’t having a great game but it’s less noticeable when he’s not on his own.
Kulu been brilliant at times it’s a one man show by him . A superb assist for Johnson . I love Sonny but he has been shocking recently. Totally anonymous all half and an awful penalty. Porro as mentioned aside from his corner assist has been poor and Bissouma not good also. Shame we don’t have a good left sided option to hook Sonny maybe put Maddison there.
Don't want to make excuses for Son, but both the keepers feet were off the line when he struck the ball. Mind you, with Mr Magoo running the line he's hardly going to notice ..

Porro has been pretty dreadful and Bissouma has just been AWOL. In fact it was only his dreadful attempted shot that reminded me he was still on the pitch!
Not the worst we have played, but still a hard watch. Wolves look a bit like us at times good with the ball but not much cutting edge. The danger is that at some point they will find it - This won't finish 2-1 and as I said during the Forest game, Werner is not currently offering less than Sonny.
looks like they’ve brought on Larsen, which probably means they’ll be using his height to see if they can target the fragility of Dragusin and Gray.
