2-0 HT. Really not played very well, but it's a very respectable scoreline at the break.
Dembele's injury seemed to disrupt our play for a very long time and we barely got going by the first goal.
A quick second seemed to take the wind out of them for a while, but they're unlucky not to have a goal themselves.
Need to get Kane higher up the park and give him some service.

 

What formation are we playing? I presume 4 2 3 1 with Winks and Sissoko in Central midfield?

 

A weird first half. We’ve certainly not played too well yet find ourselves 2 up thanks to some good finishes. Also been fortunate with Wolves’ disallowed goal, the runner was easily a yard on, poor decision from the line-o.

 

Very lucky to be 2 up. Wolves will rightly feel aggrieved.
A couple of decent moves, but for most of that half we were second best.
Lloris’ distribution is appalling and the defence has looked edgy at times.

Hope we don’t live to regret not getting the 3rd.

 

Is it harsh to suggest that, since Dembele went off and we had to change our shape, we've played a lot better?

Yeah was initially a three man midfield but as soon as Dembele went off for Son we went to 4231.

 

Perhaps a little considering he got injured about 38 seconds into the game!
