I thought it was good to see young Gray carry out yet another role and do it well. Much as a young Roy Keane did at United when he played all over the park. So I didn't find it a waste of time watching the game, there is always something to enjoy.
I think Spurs have a bright future.

I just can’t watch any more premier league matches. The players mentally checked out weeks ago, and it’s just a total waste of a Sunday afternoon, knowing it’ll just be mediocre “through the motions” dross that we have to put up with in every game.

Thursday on the other hand… COYS

Our borderline reserves were going through the motions, yet still showed up the Scammers in their cup final

Palace might be interesting as a sociological study, as they're surely going to be conserving energy with the cup final topping their list of priorities

As Dustin from Cartilage Free Captain mentioned on Bluesky, against Bodo and/or Glimt we were using man-to-man marking in midfield, and that was a large part of Bissouma looking better than he has in at least 18 months as we were creating a couple of seconds for him to get under way

...and then against the Scammers we were right back to the disorganised, entire centre midfield occupying the same side of the pitch as one another mess we've become accustomed to this season

Just for clarity, that's a genuine competition (sort of) and not a World War II reference.
Everyone knows who West Ham fans backed in that, anyway...

Nobody includes it and it's not considered an official competition by the FA.
Got to fill that space somehow though, I guess.

Just had a fantastic weekend away, was in the pub with a very old friend (45 years+) whilst this game was on and actually completely forgot we were even playing!

    Apparently I didn't miss much!

Do they have a copy of Tin Cup starring Kevin Costner on their list of honours?

Fun fact about the War Cup, only one team reached two finals and lost both.
